I just started reading some creator owned stuff, RRs Fear Agent and Millars Kick-Ass and Wanted and would like some recommendations on other series I should check out

A new series by Brian K Vaughn and Fiona Staples, it's a scifi series, you need to check it out. First TPB is 9.99$

I would also add Matt Kindt's Mind MGMT and Brian Wood's The Massive

What's Saga? I've heard it talked about before but don't know anything about it. Also Sixth gun?

as described above, it's sci-fi and it's phenomenal.

sixth gun is a super-natural western that is an ongoing from oni press by cullen bunn and brian hurtt. one of my favorite current series. three trades are out with a fourth out soon.

one other i remembered you might like from your mention of fear agent is prophet from image. one trade out. some crazy/wacky sci-fi ideas. can't wait for the second trade to come out.
