    Default Missed Opportunity?

I must preface this with the fact that I'm on board with the change as I trust Dan as a writer. I'm curious about this new chapter in Spidey (but still reeling from the loss of Peter and the fact that his death was lonely and unknown by everyone that matters to him).

Now for the potential missing opportunity: I think I would have liked to see Peter live as Ock for awhile longer. I think having to depend on villains to keep him safe would have been an interesting angle. But also to see Peter try to do good as Ock would have been interesting. Not that he wasn't sympathetic to the bad guys at time, I think becoming a pillar of the villain world would have been an interesting switch. Spider-man didn't think much of himself as a hero (too modest), but to have a whole community of people (bad guys), look up to him... that would have been chilling and daunting.

I know we got a taste, but I would have like to see him try to "save" a villain in a new way or work hard to create change "from the ground up" in a position of no respect. Eh, just a thought...

Everyone in the afterlife was there to welcome him. So he's not alone. And he has those he cares about around him.

Interesting, but I'm not sure it would've been feasible in this case. The danger Spock represented wouldn't have allowed for any time to explore any other possibilities.

I hadn't really thought about it, but yeah, that would have been cool. I did enjoy "Doc Ock" having to come up with excuses for Hydroman and the Trapster to not kill anyone.
