On the one hand, I'm glad that the person who created Emily is benefitting, but sometimes a creator can ruin their own creations...

Honestly, I know nothing about Emily The Strange except for having seen her in health food stores and in Books A Million. However, after reading about the new comic series Emily and the Strangers and the haunted guitar I'm definitely going to pick up these comics. Emily reminds me of Marceline the Vampire Queen and her axe guitar so I'm really interested in this.
