Why? I don't like horror films because it's gross. So I don't watch them.

I don't like what Horror films have devolved into. It is now a set up for torture porn, graphic violence, disgustingly impossible deaths where viscera and blood explode everywhere. I miss Hitchcock and the real psychological thrillers, where you are pissing yourself in absolute terror over what is NOT being shown. So when the big reveal is shown, you run screaming into the night because you're own mind built so much tension up that seeing the actual thing triggers the instinctual "flight" response.

Yes! That! Thrillers are great! not exposure to graphic violence with as many nude people as possible.

I have a problem with that. Also, Sweetdumbass, at no point is Freddy Kruger as a penis "eating a woman out" anything but smut and filth. Again, the reason I quit watching horror movies. The only time I've seen body horror done right in movies was Ridley Scott's Alien 1979 and his recent Prometheus film. It seems everyone else go overkill with the smut route.

I don't enjoy giant penises killing women. Nor do I enjoy death for death's sake. Give me Silence of the Lambs....a psychological thriller! A study of why these people are killing, not a movie with people being murdered as the main event.
