Here's a rule about Georgia. Stay within the metro atlanta area. Outside of that.. it ain't very friendly.
But I'm with you on the lack of effective public transport. They should have extended the rail lines from Alabama to Macon. It's shameful. You walk three blocks to catch a bus to get on another bus to catch the train to get on a shuttle and then to walk half a mile.

ANXM is good so far.

It's passable. The only two scenes that are worth anything are Magneto kicking Scott as he's curled up in a fetal position and Kitty giving bitchface when mentioning Jean Grey.

The rest, standard issue. God, the scene with the idiot mutant transport truck drivers was so 100% bendis. Let's get the setup done, the whole teen vs. current kvetching amongst the 05 over, and the new characters to die off in a most horrible fashion already.

The Spidey fans are in turmoil now. I have largely given up posting in any of the regular x-threads, Marvel or Avengers to help them out now. X-Cres will have to deal with me on a much reduced basis going forward.

I was also a teacher in APS, so I also feel like my situation was a little biased to only see the most ineffectual side of the city.
