On the Spidey/Peter side, it's Black Widow, Spider-Woman, She-Hulk, or Psylocke.

Regarding Gwen Stacy, all Marvel has to do is send Peter Parker to Earth-295(aka. AoA) to meet that version of Gwen Stacy as she lost her Peter Parker. Here is a picture of Gwen(Earth-295)





If Marvel really wants to bring back Gwen Stacy, why don't they just bring the version from AoA to Earth-616? They did bring over a few of the AoA characters over to Earth-616 like Kurt Darkholm after Nightcrawler's(Earth-616) death.
