Hmm, I'm not sure he can top Franklin (who I think is riddiculously overpowered anyway), but I guess Elixier oughta be on that list. He's still learning and can already recreate, create and decompose on a molecular level. Other than that, Quire was shown to be a Phoenix host in one alternative future at least and already has Omega potential as a telepath I guess. Then there's Wiccan *if* he can ever tap into the same power like his mom did again, there we go with the reality and universe-shaping again. Also as alrady mentioned Hope as a mimick, just copy everyone else. Oo

Franklin power level is actually stronger than Galactus. He is broken. The kid could create a new universe whenever he wanted. The pinnacle of mutant evolution obviously.

If I recall, he's powers were great enough to actually scare the hell out of Big G, that says enough right there.

I was thinking about Wiccan as well when you bring in reality manipulation. When Franklin was Avatar he was like the Beyonder.
