Hope and Miss America Chavez are two characters I'm pretty ignorant about so I cannot comment. The rest of the list looks about right though. Maybe Skaar is deserving of a place though?

Chavez is in her twenties I think like 21 and yes as of now I would rate Skaar higher.

Also Nico is pretty hax and Victor Mancha has serious potential being made by Ultron.

Really I still rate Wiccan as higher if he is anything like Wanda. Not that it matters tomorrow is not ever going to come. Outside a miniseries.

Haha I am sorry for mentioning Galacta. The whole never reading any FF thing kinda left me in the dark regarding Franklin "Galactus is my Bitch" Richards. Still, the Power Cosmic aint exactly weak on the power-scale.

In a nutshell, Franklin recently used Galactus as his mind-controlled slave to fight some Celestials that threatened the planet.

No need to be sorry. I'm just not sure if Galacta really qualifies as a kid. She's just an old cosmic entity pretending to be a human kid.

Does Vulcan count, since he was artificially aged into adulthood?

In theory , Kevin MacTaggert aka Proteus could be the most powerful as he can possess anyone and is a reality warper who has shown that he has the ability to travel between dimensions in exiles.

The ability to traverse dimensions—I'm guessing that you mean realities/universes—is independent of altering reality.

Here's an interesting thought for a big event, what if Franklin went evil and went to war against the entire Marvel U? Would his family try to save him, or help defeat him? Here could be the ending of the story...Franklin stood victorious over the fallen heroes of Earth as the fires of destruction raged around him, when suddenly a sharp pain was felt in his chest. When he glanced down, he seen his own blood form the shape of the invisible spear, just before his head fell from his body. As the headless body fell, so did his mother fall to her knees in grief and pain while the blood from the now disappeared invisible sword she had used splashed to the ground.

It's not perfect, but what a story that would make if a professional handled it.

Unless they limited Franklin's powers quite a bit, it would make a lousy book since the fight would last a single panel. They fight,they disappear into their own universe, book over
