    Nah. You can never go by spelling alone to tell how to pronounce a word - Unless you say "doc-tor" rather than "doc-ter" and "mo-tor" rather than "mo-ter".

    I don't know which is actually correct, but he's always "lu-ther" to me. It just sounds silly to me when someone says "lu-thor".
