Women will literally walk up to you in a club in that case or at least give you strong signals, but i am not sure charisma can be teached.

regardless of whether you're a dude or a chick, if you're really interested in that person, make your move and take your chances, rejection won't kill you. or don't and miss an opportunity.

When I'm at the casino late on a Saturday I can hardly stand walking past the clubs off to the side of the gaming area. When the clubbers come into the gaming area in large groups I get a bit annoyed
