Jack Ryder appears in Phantom Stranger #7. So, there may be a possibility of seeing the Katana #3 Creeper and the Phantom Stranger #7 bonding before the end of the year.

Kinda sad that this is how they introduce The Creeper into the New 52. In the pages of Katana #3. I was really hoping he'd appear in a more high profile book. They had a good opportunity to give an incredibly underrated character a grand entrance in a book like JLA or Batman. Introduce him to a lot of new readers.

Jack Ryder appears in Phantom Stranger #7. So, there may be a possibility of seeing the Katana #3 Creeper and the Phantom Stranger #7 bonding before the end of the year.

He already had a one-panel appearence as The Creeper in JLI #1 as a possible candidate.

Didn't I read somewhere an interview with Nocenti about Didio killing off Jack Ryder, the Creeper but he was going to be appearing in Katana brought back (I assumed) since she was saying the relationship between Ryder and the Creeper was a drunk having a blackout. Really recent interview just can't remember where I read it. But he's coming... soon.

Having the Creeper be a supernatural character is incredibly stupid. He's basically gonna be a more zany version of Etrigan.
