    I think it will be presented the same way they explained Wolverine's absence in Ultimate X-Men. I cannot remember what issues it was but Wolverine told the school he was going away a bit to do a task for S.H.I.E.L.D. (it was his mission in Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk) but he would be back the next issue as if the mission only took a short amount of time.
