Current favorites are Indestructable Hulk, and FF. The latter took a while for me to warm up to. Honorable mentions for Red She Hulk and Hawkeye, but not sure how long I'll keep reading.

There are a lot of people here who have not mentioned Thor. And those people have made a grievous error and are wrong, because Thor is the best thing going right now from Marvel.

Also good: All-New X-Men has really been good so far, and releasing like weekly so that's cool.

I think X-Men Legacy is a sleeper, getting much better with issue 3 - I think it might surprise people.

The first two issues of FF, Cable and X-Force, Uncanny Avengers and Avengers have all been good, and look promising. But I need another issue or two before I totally sell them.

    Daredevil by Mark Waid
    Hawkeye by Matt Fraction

Those two books have been reciving consistent critical acclaim on every aspect of them (art, story ect.)

In my opinion Thor: God of Thunder has also been one of the best books Marvel has been putting out.

Marvel Now have been great in revitalizing many titles so far.Thor,Uncanny Avengers,Avengers,Iron Man and Captain America are so far the best.
And Amazing Spider-Man and Daredevil kept on being the best pre-Marvel Now titles.

Hawkeye is my favorite Marvel book by far. It's fantastic. All-New X-Men, FF, Avengers: Arena, Indestructible Hulk and Thor are all great. Avengers is good too, but I'm not captivated yet.
