I'm agree with that : with Captain America and Winter soldier, Brubaker and Guice's run was a fantastic one. It's a little bit sad to know it is the end...

This is my last single issue of this series: Bru stretched this whole thing with Natasha out to the point where it just killed my interest in Winter Soldier, which sucks because I really did enjoy elements of this series immensely.

While Klein isn't a bad artist, I have a feeling he and Latour won't deviate much from Bru's run. I'll keep an eye on the previews and determine if I want to trade wait just in case they go in a completely different direction - which would be nice and would mean I'll give them a try in trade. I wish these guys luck.
Wake me up when it's over...

Haven't read Captain America for a long time first thought he was stupid.
I only read some comics now.

When i started reading comics in Englsih i picked up Captain America and it was very good changed my whole perspective.
I started reading around heroes Reborn i think around the time he had that energy shield.

Is that also Brubakes want to know if i read anything he wrote ?
Back in the days(teen time) i never looked at the writer.

Are you kidding with this? Never. Bucky just goes on about how Natasha's saved him in his inner monologue because it's not in his character to give himself that kind of credit. I tend to agree that he's used her well more than he's used her poorly, but Brubaker's use of her has always been p. limited, probably because he's never been writing her main book.

Anyway, Bucky has gone full Jack Monroe in this preview. What is up with those goggle things?

Come on! There have been plenty of moments where Natasha's stolen the show!

Yeah it is. Really going to miss Brubaker and going to miss Guice as well always been a fan of his back to his Wally West days on Flash etc. He has a very unique style that appeals to me. Wish Marvel could find some other spot for him....

I have really enjoyed the espionage stories of Winter Soldier. However, I agree with those who would like more focus on the Black Widow, though I've enjoyed this storyline - I wanted to see more about Natasha, as the other star of this series. She is a world class martial arts expert and extremely intelligent - I'd like to see these aspects focussed on more, seeing how she gets out of dangerous situations herself, rather than needing to be rescued by the other characters, as in the old "damsel-in-distress" formats of previous decades. Otherwise, I thought this story was well done! Very good, and thanks for the great stories, all those involved!

Brubaker made the freaking Black Widow a damsel in distress.

I never want to see this relationship ever, ever again. NOr do I want Brubaker to get his grubby hands on Black Widow again, because this arc has been disgusting if you're a Natasha fan.
I don't like the recent issues on Winter Soldier either, but it doesn't undo the good stories Brubaker had put out there, nor does it irrevocably sully the dynamic between her and Bucky.
