Keatinge Joins The Outlaws For "DC Universe Presents"

"Glory" and "Hell Yeah" writer Joe Keatinge speaks about his upcoming Arsenal and Starfire stories in DC Comics' anthology series, "DC Universe Presents" drawn by newcomer comics artist Ricken.

One thing for sure, this book is going to look great. Ricken is very talented. iFanboy has a post about her somewhere.

If he does well, I wouldn't mind seeing him take over the outlaws book. I think it just needs a fresh team. It feels likemLobdell has been stretched way think since Superman, and the art situation has been awful since Rocafort left.

I agree. If Keatinge happens to take over the book I think an ideal artist for the series would be Khary Randolph.

But I would be fine with Ricken. Her stuff looks good and it would another female artist to DC'c stable.

I'll be the first to nominate this creative team for Teen Titans. I really want to get excited about that book, but I haven't seen anything creatively that draws me in.

Cool choice! Khary Randolph would be a great artist for the Outlaws title.

Keatinge hasn't impressed me yet, but I'm certainly open to being impressed.

I don't have a good feeling about this. Looks like he would be writing 2 different versions of the character that we've seen in the new 52.
Could be good or bad. But for now, I stay sceptical.

Are you planning on doing or have you pitched any more DC work after these two one-shots? Not asking for details on what they are, just if you have.
