I doubt it, BBT is Warner and Warner is DC. The Iron Man masked of a few episodes was one of the very few marvel references in the show. Even the comic shop they use is mostly DC background stuff.

I like The Big Bang Theory, although I understand the hate.

I keep forgetting that the show is Warner, which explains the prominence of DC-related stuff. In terms of Marvel jokes, they did take about the Avengers film, although I don't know what is the most recent Marvel story they've referenced. There was a time where they debated who would become the new Batman after Final Crisis, so maybe they'll do something like that here. Maybe it just depends on which comics the writers actually read.
