Chuck is an asshole people, we've known this for as long as he's existed. The only ones who think he's a saint are people who only know him from AvX and the movies.

Ok this will be my last post about this subject! Xavier changed since he was created he was a very unlikable person and then he started to trully care about his students as the new mutants run shows. Did he made some mistakes during his life? SURE! like most xmen but he was a good guy with truly good intentions. this whole discussion was about that Legacy panel and I stand by my opinion HE WOULD NEVER said something like that to Rahne (now I see its her and not Doug) if she was injured during a training. Ive shown you MANY images that describe how much he cared about that group in particular. And Im totally against that pathetic tendency to picture him as an evil person. Lame plots like deadly genesis just proved my point. Besides the Moral compass of heroes this days is a very delicate subject in general! all seem to be MUCH Darker than they should. (Cyclops, Wolverine, Emma, Wanda, Ironman etc) Was he a saint? NO! but he wasnt a bad person not a deranged sociopath
The Entity is Xavier. What part of that didn't you understand about the story?
Does the Claremont Era count? Cause he mentioned the words child soldiers and said Magneto and Xavier are two sides of the same coin. Xavier is just growing out of it. Also said both were cruel and Xavier saw the X-Men as ipso facto incompetent?

I love the consistency of Marvel's characters portrayal.

Finally read it. I put it at the bottom of my pile since the first 2 issues weren't amazing like some of the other books. But I just have to say, this is one fantastic issue! The art fit, it was funny, crazy, left some questions, didn't need pointless fights to make the book entertaining and put Professor X in a new light. I never even HEARD of David before this book and he is quickly becoming my favorite and this is quickly becoming my favorite series. At least the best Marvel NOW! book so far IMHO.
I can't wait to see David kick the X-Men's ass with his fire crazy powers! They probably won't talk it out anyway. And NOW! (get it?) thinking about it, I could picture David running his own school of wackiness. Or join Cyke. Just PLEASE, don't join the X-Men. They are ALL big dumbasses.
