As for black holes I don't think Supes has ever survived inside one like Surfer. There was some story where Flash trains him to utilize his speed and he kind of flies inside this weird black hole thing, but that wasn't a normal black hole(you had to fly at the speed of light just to get inside). Other then the mentioned feat with a GL..Supes has certainly flown out of the pull of a black hole, albeit an artificially made one(he had a mullet for the feat I'm thinking of).

To be fair Superman can hit hard enough to knock a person across a planet as well. Not sure if he ever did it to Wonder Woman, pretty sure he did it to Orion though(it could of been across mere continents). I don't think Superman particularly can hurt Surfer. I'm not saying Zoom does/doesn't hit harder then Supes, keep in mind, as WW seemed to believe he did. But then again WW also believes some weirdness about how her reaction time is superior to Superman thanks to being a warrior(or was it Batman who said it?)

The reaction time weirdness is a bit of a typical writer's error, confusing real world logic for logic involving super powers.

It's a great idea when talking about normal humans and reactions, a poor idea when stats are supernaturally enhanced to varying levels.

Surfer being beatable by Zoom or not is fairly easy:

Does Surfer have feats of just ignoring a class 100 hitting him? (Class 100, not She-Hulk.)

That depends on what you mean by Class 100. Thanos beat him to death just fine, but he's not your typical Class 100. I guess it depends on how powerful you think the forces one is exposed to inside a black hole are compared to the punches of your average Superman-esque Class 100.

Trying to think outside the box, maybe like a telepath like Marvel's ShadowKing or something with no body, there was this dude DC Quarmer he was non-corporeal and would eventually win by absorbing people's powers

An enraged bannerless Hulk was standing over Sufer and stomping on his face and Surfer was like 'stop that, be civilized'....PUNCH STOMP STOMP 'stop that its annoying i'm trying to debate peacefully with you Hulk'
and there's the whole fight with Red Shift, the two punching the hell out of each other while failing to notice the crushing forces of a bigass blackhole

    Someone around Superman's strength.

Because black holes, while a nice feat, are kind of dodgy on the detailw because comics.

I thought he/it could only drain Supermans abilities? Though I remember that story, the creature was called the "Sand Superman" and I remember Supes literally gets brain damaged during the story and starts acting like a douche so they get the thing to help stop him because all/most kryptonite had been rendered useless. Yeah..they were smoking some good dope back then I imagine.

At least that's what I seem to remember.
It should be noted that when the device started leaking, everyone around him, including *Batman* started suffering from spaghettification, but as soon as they were able to repower the device and contain the black hole everyone returned to normal because gravity apparently has no ontological inertia.

If you prefer other instances of durability there's always the flying in one end of a sun and out the other, Morg and the Surfer zapping each other having a planet busting explosion as collateral damage which further sunders apart a bunch of nearby moons and from which the Surfer emerges unscathed, that sort of thing.

So like jonny sorrow but much weaker? Incidentally, he could probably win sc1 also. I'm thinking maybe dr. Ivo (or wtv the name of the ama+ dude) might be able to. If not him maybe Brainiac 5. Also, arguably some obscure magic type might win sc2... Cough John Constantine. I know Atrocitus couldn't win, but I wonder if surfer could resist his puke?

As far as beings like the Shadow King, there's not really a lot they're going to do psychically to a guy who responded to a mind blast from Moondragon with the mind gem by getting back up and taunting her (a similar zap in the same arc rendered Xavier comatose). The Surfer's strength of will/spirit has let him overcome or outright bounce a lot of crap (though while his having overcome the Supreme intelligence having attempted an extended effort via the soulgem to destroy his soul was fine by me, that time the Surfer straight up laughed away a soulrip from the thing I do consider wayyy beyond him and the gem being jobbed)

But weren't the Surfer and Red Shift protected from the effects of that black hole "by their own power", a force field of sorts, as I seem to remember it written to protect them form the effects of the black hole?...although, I suppose that can't be admitted because it was a blurb written by the author (??).

Honestly not sure whether that would be acceptable around here...
