Weakest DC Character that can defeat Sliver Surfer

Zoom's powers are sometimes off. There's issues where he gave Wonder Woman a concussion from a punch. I don't know what his current set are. He probably doesn't exist in Nu52 yet.

Last I recall, Inertia depowered Zolomon (and then Inertia got kerploded by the Rogues doing a team-combo blast). So Hunter's last appearance was him crippled and powerless in jail.

His powers aren't to shift himself out of synch with time. He IS out of synch with time. He can just choose to travel alongside time when he wants to.

But he is never in synch.

There goes his dreams of playing alongside Joey Fatone. :P

That's not what I mean. I mean his powers of are off because writers don't understand exactly what his powers are. If he doesn't have speed powers, he shouldn't be able to do an IMP. If that's the case, he shouldn't be able to concuss Wonder Woman pre-Nu52. Lots of writers write him as a speedster, but he's not supposed to be one.

Edit: Speed steal is not an option since Zoom 2 is not a speedster (no access to the speed force).

That doesn't stop him from lending speed.

Zolomon's power are pretty much "whatever the hell Zolomon says they are today".

I think Zoom could take it. Remember, he is so fast, he runs halfway across the planet and back without Wally being able to see him move. And he hits hard enough to knock Wonder Woman across the planet, and casually blitzes Superman into the ground. I know Surfer is more durable than them, but THAT durable?

So he's got the speed to hang with Surfer, but he doesn't have the damage output.

I seem to remember Superman held a device that held a mini black hole. Then Atom discovered a device that containing a black hole the size of a dust particle. The device almost opens up but Superman says that he stopped it before it could be released. Superman was strained from the small bit of gravity that got out before it was released.

At least that's what I seem to remember.
