How terrible it is for people to be enjoying female characters that actually exist in books and have actual plot lines! Instead of z listers that never appear! There's just far too many female characters having relevant and interesting storylines in books! How dare Matt Fraction force ANOTHER ONE down our throat?

(If you only like female characters who don't show up and complain about the ones who DO show up, you don't like female characters. You like saying you like female characters as long as they don't get their icky cooties all over your books.)

Kate and Clint are fabulous in this book. I feel genuinely sorry for the taste of anyone who doesn't see that.

And I can only roll my eyes if your (continual, only ) reaction to this book is to complain about Kate being awesome in it.

Not to mention, it's pretty clear that she is going to play a significant role in this book. It'd be like buying a Luke Cage book and whining because Danny Rand keeps showing up in the book and keeps being allowed to be awesome in it. Why, gosh, you don't say so!

If you're actually allergic to Kate Bishop, there are plenty of Hawkeye stories that don't feature her that you can read! Go read them and quit trolling threads devoted to this one with mindless hate.

Wait, Kate Bishop has a plotline?! That's news to me! Or is sleeping with the alien who tortured the gay members of the Young Avengers and Runaways considered a heroic quality?

And seriously, for someone all about diversity and stuff, you seemed pretty eager to read a book where the black guy died first.

And you are full of crap if you assume "Hating Kate Bishop = hating all females"

Also, don't people complain when Jessica Jones is around Cage? Oh right, Thunderbolts had Cage but not Jessica or Iron Fist in it.

It's actually in Hawkeye when I started disliking her. I didn't mind her in Young Avengers.
