My blog.
We struggled against apartheid in South Africa, supported by people the world over, because black people were being blamed and made to suffer for something we could do nothing about; our very skins. It is the same with sexual orientation. It is a given.

I was mostly buying Swamp Thing for Snyder and Paquette, so I'll probably be dropping it after #18. I'll almost certainly buy Soule's first story in trade though. I'm looking forward to seeing where he takes the character, just not enough to spend more than I have to.
Pull:
Batman, Batman & Robin, Dial H, Earth 2, JL Dark, Stormwatch
Captain Marvel, Young Avengers,
Lazarus, Mind the Gap, Peter Panzerfaust, Saga
Shadowman, Helheim
Never heard of the guy, but when it comes to this kind of book indie talent is usually a better way to go. Shame we didn't get Mieville, but I will give this run a trial arc.

First John Layman, now Soule. It's like Image is being used as a farm team for DC, which is a very smart move as Image's lineup kills the Big Two combined. Next we'll see Brian K. Vaughn writing Aquaman or something.
Continuity doesn't matter.
I knew Mieville wasn't going to happen with Berger leaving. Still, I really, really hope his run sees the light of day at some point.
lol No we won't get Vaughan, but yes it's about damn time DC started recruiting indie talent. I hope Matt Kindt gets more work
