Was pleasantly surprised by this issue. :) Mayhaps this truly COULD become the awesome title that we all hoped it would be?
I'm still not sure if I'm going to keep following both this AND F4, but last issues F4 was better as well, so I'll give it one more issue...
FF definitively still feels like the better series tho.
Medusa wears her mask to bed! Kinky!
Medusa jumping out the window into battle in her lingerie! HOT!
UNCANNY AVENGERS #1 !
MAKE MINE MARVEL>>>> NOW!l!
I am enjoying Darla so far. I'm kinda hoping she isn't just limited to the Thing suit. Reed must have a whole armoury of wacky inventions she could use.
Allred is carrying this book... I would love to see him on the main title.
to me, FF is the main title.
I just had to LOL at this part from Matt's blog because it is SOOOOO damn funny.

Because Lady_Alternate's current avatar is this:Also also: stop clipping pictures of Darla eating a banana. Can’t you go rub one out to things designed to aid and abet your rubbing-one-out? Jesus, internet, is there anything you can’t ruin.

It was alright, enjoyed Allred's art as always and Fraction has certainly set up an interesting dynamic. I'm glad he's giving each of the kids their moment or speech bubble, it's refreshing that even if brief, these characters haven't entirely become wallpaper. Don't know what to think of this older Human Torch, little wonky introduction and the full dark blue bodysuit is disconcerting (though maybe that's the point).
