I prefer Kaine... If Peter comes back, great. I'm going to check back in once year to see if he's back, and if not, I'll just keep reading something else...

I haven't been reading nearly any Marvel comics since the end of OMD (just a handful of trades), but this sounds like a concept that is too interesting to pass up. This and Marvel NOW actually are the reasons some Marvel monthlies are back on my pull list.

Especially after Avenging Spider-Man # 15.1. There are so many ways this could develop.

All under the assumption that Peter will be back eventually.

I have finally decided, and I will try out #1. I hope the card up their sleeve will be something I like, because I still have some reservations.

I'm out. No chance I'll be picking this thing up. Not something I am interested in reading it.

I'm definitely getting it. I am really really excited for this book. Especially after the 15.1.

Jesus is, to be fair, more of an oral storyteller, but I think it could be an interesting experiment to see him transition to the Marvel Style. And Buddha's art is totally retro, man.
I know Kevin Nichols through a guy that knows a gal. Small world!

Oh, and disregard the name. I know it sounds like the next big catholic scandal, but it's entirely SFW.
I feel compelled to find this now.

There is a movie coming out of it soon, I love the parody trailers for it of Evangelion.

This should have come out on the 21st of December, just to give the poor Mayans a hand.

No, I only buy trades, and I'm not super big on Doc Ock as villain, so I don't want to read him as a protaganist.

I'd read if Hobgoblin was inside of Pete ....maybe...

They should have a poll for what villain should be the new spider-man lol

The only good thing here is,....if he mutates...Doc Ock will be used to having that many arms...as spidey :)
"Superior New Day" is temporary: but maybe Juggernaut can be the new She-Hulk! And Skeletor can be Battle Cat. Darth Vader can be Princess Leia in the new Superior Star Wars! Unleash the Whacken!

I guess I'm not really a Doc Ock fan.
Same here. Ock is about my least favorite Spidey villian. Which probably colours my viewpoint but I think the series deserves at least that much of a chance to win me over.
