Liked the art, but I was expecting something which had the Liberty Files characters in it for a big chunk of the story. Skull and his mentally slow sidekick aren't much of a replacement for the Clock, the Bat, Terry Sloane and the Owl. DC got my $3 but I won't be back for more.
