In love with that art.
Pull-list: Action Comics, Batman, The Flash, Superman, Superman Unchained, Batman/Superman
I wasn't a fan of the first arc and dropped this, but I loved DeConnick's Captain Marvel from Avenging. I thought that Captain Marvel #1 was great too, so I'm willing to give #9 a shot.
Primary pulls: X-Factor, Hawkeye, Young Avengers, Avengers Arena, X-Men: Legacy, Uncanny X-Force, FF, Archer and Armstrong
i like Ms. Marvel. and no disrespect to the artist..but, im not feeling it.
I must say I am interested in how DeConnick will do the new version of Deathbird.
I'm getting really excited for the arc beginning at 9. Appearances from both Chewie and Jessica... dinosaurs... what else do I need?
As interesting as Andrade's art might be...and it is, in that Scotty Young-cartoony styles that is trending now...(thanks to Ramos and SY)...To me, it just does not impart a sense of seriousness and intensity that this book and character desperately needs.
For me though the transition is a bit jarring...how do you go from Dexter Soy to Andrade? This is a visual medium as well as a literary one...the two, art and writing, must work together to produce a cohesive and stellar whole.
Wot is riling me just a tad...Marvel has a slew of artists working on one (big name) title to accommodate their double shipping schedule, yet books like CM and FD are somewot left wanting for a marquee artist and image.

Why oh WHY do they always do this CRAZY, jarring different art style to books I like?
Is it too much to ask Paul Pelliter or Jackson Guice to handle art duties? At least their figure work is anatomically believable and fluid. :-(
To each their own, but my first thought when seeing that art was "dear god, this book needs Soy back." Or if McKelvie could handle this along with Young Avengers I'd be happy with that too.
DH: Dream Thief
DC/Vert: Bats, Bats/Supes, Supes Unchained, The Wake
Image: Saga, East of West, Dream Merchant
Marvel: SSM, DD, Hawkguy, UXM, ANXM, XM, WatXM, Aveng, NA, UA
It's going to take time for me to get used to the art style.
But there is no way I am missing Carol vs. dinosaurs.

I'm another one who is torn by the art in the preview...I loved Soy's work, particularly his rendering of Carol. Not feeling this new artist's style yet, but maybe it will grown on me. I agree that it is really jarring to go from Soy's style to this....
Love everything about the books writing, and Carol as a character, so I'm with it for the long haul, no matter who is drawing it.
The art is really great, but I wonder if it is as palatable to a mass audience. As a comic book art fan, I think it's a great style, but I don't know if it fits the book.
