Anyway.. some of that stuff above for post crisis Superman is a bit of a bridge too far as far as within his consistent range or presented without context (for example: the black hole being held was a size of a dust speck, it was still being part contained by the failing force field around it, which Superman was grabbing it via, and when the field wasn't helping, Green Lantern was, and Superman kicking it inside the thing that makes him more powerful for going inside it isn't reaaally a durability feat for the dude, that fight with Zod is in a virtual world of stuff and those punches were not doing what you're noting, he actually was only getting the outer bit of that planet busting explosion that he'd otherwise fled to clear the area of, etc. etc. etc.), buuut in the face of Captain GoogleImageSearch, somehow, for some reason, I can't even feel the energy to have much issue with it.

I'd also probably note about the Guy Gardner GL blast feat. It's fine, but I seem to also remember feats of Kyle unloading on Supes and while he was certainly still alive afterwards he was all messed up.

Beyond the facts that those don't help him against Supes at all and that even if he can heal from the fight Supes still gets a 10 count...I'm curious as to why it takes him days to recover from a broken neck but only minutes to recover from having most of his body eaten...

I can't find the scans, but considering how unimpressed Supes looked in Jurgens JL 66 when yellow ringed Guy attacked him, I'd say it's consistent with Guys record..

Doesn't really count since it wasn't due to his own power really. But the cosmic dust that went up his nose(I forget what it's called) and that he sneezed before and after the incident just fine without any problems.
