    Count me among those who don't think this would have been very good, personally I don't like anything Tarantino has done since Pulp Fiction.

    I liked Inglorious Bastards and Django. The former might be better than PF.

    It's not as neat and simple as citing particular scenes or characters. The overall tone and feel of many of his films simply reflect the 70s exploitation flick sensibilities he was raised on as a filmmaker (in much the same way that the Spider-Man movies reflected Sam Raimi's B-movie ethos even though they were huge, big budget SFX productions).
