    Nonviolent crimes are typically punished with less severity than violent crimes (with exceptions), so I'd wager no.

    I wasn't talking about the hackers sentence, I was talking about breaking and entering. The Google result posted said a minimum of two years for a first offense.

    So what if it didn't happen in this instance? Ideally, this sentence will make hackers think twice in instances where it would happen.

    Actress and singer Renee Olstead said in court Monday that she attempted to kill herself after Chaney leaked nude photos of her. She said she had never before considered suicide.
