Uh-oh...05 Jean + Quire...might that be a romance in the works? If so - ick.
There really doesn't look like there's any romantic undertones there, aside from maybe Jean trolling Kid Omega as she's prone to do. Just ask Warren.
But I seem to remember an issue of Uncanny X-men during X-23's first appearance when Storm and Wolverine went out on a date. Not much else was ever made of it. I hope Jason Aaron actually makes something of it this time. It would be nice for the cover to not be a massive tease like the Storm/Cyclops cover for Astonishing X-men #44.

X-men Supreme
I really hope they don't try to pair off Storm and Wolverine. Let Storm be on her own for a while, for goodness sake.
She's been through enough neglect and misuse over the last 5 or so years (I thought the marriage to the Black Panther was the worst thing to happen in the history of the character), so please don't denigrate her anymore by making her "Wolverine's girlfriend."
I'm not crazy about teen Jean and Quire, either, but I don't have any concrete reasons for being so.
I'm really happy Lopez is on this book. He's a great fit, reminds me slightly of Quitely.

Ugh! Kitty and Bobby were bad enough. Jean and Quire? Anyone else get a creepy Luke Skywalker and Princess Lea vibe from them?
Quentin's going to end up being his own dad. :3

Is this the issue where Rachel is supposed to meet teen Jean or is that a little later?
wow Jean is fast , Bendis is rebooting the X-men form the inside.
Lopez's art is very nice.
I'm particularly fond of the minimalist approach to that Danger Sequence. He really exhibits a lot of energy in such small panel space.

Now this should be fun; can't wait for the lettered version.
