As to the first point it's almost they don't have faith that the book is going to sell without it.

To the second point all I can say is yikes!!!

Despite all the belly aching (mine included), it's actually doing very well compared to prior issues, but that may be due to the Death of the Family tie in. December should be a truer indication of her run

Thanks for those figures. As you say this issue will be more of demonstration of how it's doing without the boost of the Death of the Family tie in to push sales up.
