Well, I guess we are talking Loeb's Ivy since Poison Ivy is one of those characters who don't seem to have any consistency in powers and motivation/personality.

She's every woman. It's all in her!

Currently though, she is at "Seductive Anti-Heroine" and her powers are upped, thanks in no small part to her mysterious new bio-suit. Hope this portrayal sticks.

Isn't that just vines and stuff she grew herself? Like her more combative outfit from No Ma,'s Land?
'The marquis. Well, you know, to be honest, he seems a little bit dodgy to me.'
'Mm,' she agreed. 'He's a little bit dodgy in the same way that rats are a little bit covered in fur."

If some straight men can do it, why couldn't some gay men?

Basically, I don't think that being a gay man or a straight woman makes you immune to Ivy's powers. It's perhaps a bit easier to resist, but no more than that.

Poison Ivy creates hormones to lure victims.

So yes, it can work on anyone. She just has to adjust the hormone she is releasing. It is probably just easier to seduce straight men due to her physical attributes.

Nope, we will learn more about her bio-suit in Birds of Prey, that is one of the things Jim Zub said he was going to talk about when she comes back to Birds of Prey.

@DylanDavison Ivy will be back, yes. Background about her suit (and who gave it to her), her condition, "Friends of the Earth". All of it.

    Thats what he twitted me.

I would say no because gay men can be swayed by their love and adoration of female gay diva icons:

As others have stated I think it would be the TYPE of pheremone that Isley produces onto her thralls. For straight men and lesbians it would be a female sexual pheremone, while with straight women and gay men it would be more of a alpha leader pheremone that inspires admiration or the like.
    Pull list:
Adventure Time, Batgirl, Batman & Robin, BOP, Earth 2, Guardians of the Galaxy, He-Man, Katana, Nightwing, Shadowman, Swamp Thing, The Ultimates, Ultimate Spider-Man, Worlds' Finest

On the other hand, the 90's high-waisted, mom-jeans might actually make Ivy shrivel up and die. Even Wondy is side-eyeing it.

If you haven't already, I highly recommend Shadow of the Bat Annual 3, which is set during the Year One theme D.C. ran in 1995. It was the best of a very good bunch of Batman related annuals.

Probably, she seduced Catwoman in Hush and she seems pretty straight.

Well, let's list the different takes:
    - a crazy stalker in love with Batman
    - someone who can control plants but doesn't care about them
    - a radical environmentalist
    - someone who just wants to be alone
    - manhater
    ...
