No, you misread his first sentence. He asked which pistols other than single shot firearms had fixed mags. I explained it doesn't matter which ones do right now, the point is they could all have fixed mags with absolutely minimal effort.

I would assume revolvers are not a part of this conversation?

And that is either a magnificent display of ignorance about firearms a or a silly lie

A magnificent display of ignorance about firearms by me or you? I already showed you one that is modified to fixed mag for the California market. They could all be modified the same way exactly as easily.

And you mentions a Rifle, please tell me how to load a fixed magazine on a Colt 45,or any other popular semi-auto pistol. Most are impossible to load more than a single round without removing the magazine.

The Pistoles you showed are either require a stripper clip, which you would ban, or are single shot

Just a side comment, but whatever discussion of racism playing a role in gun ownership in the states makes me wonder, because after what I saw today it definitely is not the case in Canada.

I went to a gun store to get some ammunition for hunting trips.

I was the only white person there in a crowded store ( besides one employee). A large mix of people of different ethnic groups and races. All buying gun stuff.

Putting new bullets in the cylinder of a revolver would be quicker than putting new bullets in a magazine. Now, you could carry multiple magazines which people prefer but actually manually loading a magazine is a serious pain in the ass without an auto loader.

Gryphon, you don't need to post the same coment in multiple threads. I would say that one experience in a single store of a mixed customer base doesn't actually say anything about racism either for or against and I'm not sure what point you are trying to make here.

Again, an anecdote does not point that out. For that you would need to go to Stats Canada or some other data collection survey. And even if it is true, what does that have to do with racism?

According to Justice Canada, the major correlation for gun ownership in Canada is rural versus urban, which makes a significant amount of sense.

seems to be how it is here in the States

and you will only change the rural folks minds if someone from their own side speaks up and demands change
