T-10... Captain Sternn: Running Out of Time (1993) #1-5

Straight from the pages of the Heavy Metal Magazine, presented here with great satirical humor comes Captain Sternn. He looks like Superman, acts like Snake from the Carpenter's Escape from NY, with a rap-sheet envied by the most notorious criminals is a character once experienced, never forgotten. This installment sees our anti-hero entwined into a corporate espionage that will endanger his existence, as he is sent into the past to be silenced once and for all. When I say he was sent back in time I mean all the way to the time when dinosaurs roamed the Earth.

    10. Time Warp
I have decided to avoid mini-series in my list and focus on series that never got a fair shake. This is one of them. Just an awesome sci-fi anthology series filled with strong stories and even stronger artwork.

What's not to love about this series. It's got great stories by John Broome with art by Sid Greene and Joe Giella. I love their later work on DC super-heroes and the sci-fi stuff they were doing in Mystery in Space and Strange Adventures. This is a different genre but comes across really well.
