Yeah, I doubt he means any of them are literally going to die, but I do think that bonds will be severed, trust is already breaking down, and it's gonna take a while for the family to get stable again. For some reason, I have this idea of Dick, Babs & Tim on side of the room, and Bruce, Jason & Damian on the other. As for Joker himself, his fate in this arc will probably be left ambiguous at best, echoing back to the golden age tales when he was thought dead at the end, only to turn up months later with some crazy explanation as to how he managed to survive, especially since Snyder is revisiting all of that older material.
