The little I know about copyright law is that the Shuster family has gone from having their royalties of 100 million (as I've been told) a year to essentially just 1 million of royalties or thereabouts with anything pre-Nu52 that D.C. puts out.

I don't think D.C. is going to go back to the old ways but there will be releases related to it.
