I love that Hickman & Opena brought Darkness's brother from Legend over to be the big bad for this arc.

Man,great art and the story is awesome as well.
Really good start to this Avengers series,looking forward to get my copy.

Again, I REALLY REALLY wish Marvel still did double issues on launching a title (at least something as established as this Avengers). The book would have benefitted GREATLY if issues 1 and 2 were released together as the definitive 'set up' issue, and they read really great together.

Now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get to the actual, real time action - and booooy is that unbearable.

LOL! 2 weeks?! Imagine how you'd feel if it were monthly.
