Perhaps there's a more accurate description I can use. But he's certainly ignoring previous established continuity if Scorpio looks like Fury's disguise but isn't Fury's disguise. Fury wasn't just dressed as a White guy, he was dressed as his 616 counterpart. And now it's back.

Yes, because disguises are never based on real people :P.
