Ok, first off - the pouches here are nothing like the Liefeld era. The costume is a direct callback to the original Nick Fury look, which is obviously an intentional homage.

Honestly, people are just complaining for no reason about some things. I think that cover is fantastic. I'm less excited about what's inside, but to write off this new character before he's even debuted is a stereotypical fanboy mentality.

New character? Now I feel depressed. I thought this was Fury's disguise, Fury's undercover plan to retake SHIELD. I originally thought it was a terrible idea, returning Fury to the disguise he wore in Ultimate Doomsday. But this is even worse. I'm devastated. Someone needs to tell Humphries to read Ultimate Doomsday.

I'm so annoyed at how angry people are getting at covers. For one, that's a beautiful cover, but also you have no idea who that character even is. Just wait and find out...

Also, Pretty excited to see Miles in a new arc that isn't part of the crossover and all that. I'm still MEGA excited for UC: W too. And of course, UCXM is still incredible and will be awesome.

Ok are we actually sure this guy is scorpio? We haven't really got an accurate description of him. All I know is that MagnaInferno said it was scorpio. And while I trust him with all the info he has given us I still haven't found the news report that says it. And it's not mentioned in the solicitation either. So there is a chance this is just a white nick fury still.

Yeah, complaining about West Coast Ultimates becoming villains is abit silly, unless of course Hickman did plan to use them as heroes, but having the villains themselves unleash Fury's secret weapon and causing havoc, thats just nasty, but who would know about Fury's secret weapon facility?

Oh. I was getting worried then. I haven't been on here in a while and I thought maybe it was revealed that Humphries was attempting to retcon more stuff. If 616Fury/Ult.Scorpio turns out to be a new character, I'll be perplexed with bewilderment and confusion as why he wishes to retcon so much. I'm starting to think it is no longer an exaggeration to relate Humphries to Loeb.

How is it a retcon if Scorpio is a new person? Fury wearing a costume that made him look white doesn't mean that no one can ever look like that.

I am looking foward to this one, becuase even if it does not move the UU foward I can get learn more about Jimmy. this is how minis should be in my opinion so I am expecting to see a Fury one soon.
