WB Debuts Trailer for Snyder's "Man of Steel" Superman Reboot

Waner Bros. has released the first full trailer for Zack Snyder's "Man of Steel" that contains all the gravitas of the teasers and touches upon many of the same lofty themes. The Superman reboot bows in theaters June 14

Just... wow. Mind-blowing. Can't wait. I do hope the score picks up the pace at some point and isn't always so somber, but that's a small nit to pick. This just jumped ahead of IM3 and is now my #1, must-see 2013 movie.

For 2 minutes 30 seconds, not a great deal was revealed. Though Jonathan Kent telling a young Clark that he maybe should have let people die really caught my attention.

While it is cool to see that they are treating the concept seriously... I was left a bit flat by this trailer. I don't want a boring Superman film. I want something that I come out of the theater spent. And this trailer while good, doesn't hint at it being much of an action film. This trailer left me wanting more from it and the film. I hope the next trailer gives us more of a hint of where it is going regarding the action and the fights.

At this point I am cautiously optimistic.

i caught that too, i think the point of that was, kent realized in that momment that clark was too noble a person for his own good.

I agree. And I thought the reason Nolan and the producers chose Snyder was because they wanted an ass kicking Superman movie.

wish they had kept the music they used in the comic con trailer, it fit the footage more emotionaly than the music did here, small nit pic but im just saying
