The states covers are such a horrid idea. If they had done a separate, unique cover for each state I would have been ok with it. Photoshopping a different flag onto the same cover is just lame.

Not just Photoshopped, really poorly Photoshopped, as in pasting in a flat colour version of each flag without even bothering to adjust for lighting or add shadows to fit the shape of the flag.

Of course they can. But I'd be more likely to buy my own state cover if it didn't look exactly everyone else's and was just a photoshopped flag.
