    The bigger issue were pretty non-chanlent about it. Like "Oh! That man is on the ceiling! Uh, ok!"

    also, it has SOME OF THE WORST ACTION MOVIE EDITING I'VE SEEN ALL YEAR. Just completely incoherent and choppy.

    That was part of the problem I had with the movie. In many ways it seemed to be a more serious take on Spider-Man, but then there were these wacky, cornball moments thrown in like him throwing the football or the crane sequence. The subway seemed ok to me, it was him fully out of control. But the football thing just seemed dumb. Especially everyone's corny dumbstruck reaction.

    I agree. Martin Sheen did a great job in that role though.

    I, for one, could rewatch his scenes again and again. Particularly when he gets shot.

    ...I'm not particularly fond of Sheen, is what I'm saying.
