Probably ends with Master Chief totally outspeeding the others. (though I don't know the cartoon characters).
And then Master Chief and Boba futilely shoot each others' virtually indestructible armor until they run out of ammo.Suffering is a fact of life. You survive if you find a reason to endure it.

Would the star wars blasters be able to get through Master Chief's shields or armor? I know EU fett has rifles that completely disintegrate their targets.

No real reason that Master Chief wouldn't be able to aim dodge him, based on what I hear of his book incarnation.

i don't doubt he could aim dodge them but i was wondering if the power armor could take the hit.
i personally think this is a pretty good match up but the mandalorians are going to have to pull a sacrifice play to take down chief. I know he has a feat of deflecting a missile with cortana's help but could he do it to three missiles at the same time? I think this ends with the red arc trooper(fastest) acting as a diversion/sacrifice to get the missile strike on chief.

Well, Chief is low-end BT. If the Arc Trooper is fast enough to not get blitzed I could see the diversion dropping his shields.

here is a link to see how the arc troopers move and fight. their blaster seem to be way more powerful than standard clone trooper blasters and they are shown to be able to run on the outside of a ships hull in space amung a few other things.
