Nice I,Vampire cover...
Comics were happier before the Internet turned writing superhero stories into fruitless attempts to impress/entertain a small group of ppl who appear to hate comics and their creators.

There's not really anything surprising or shocking enough to hold off the Batman or Dark solicits until today. Not that it's a huge deal, but it does seem underwhelming. I expected some bombshell either in solicit text, creative team shake-up, or what have you.
Looks like more Justice League and less Dark and Edge titles for me, same trend as before. I like the direction they're going in with Superman's books post-Morrison, albeit, I'm not jumping for joy. Batman, Inc. seems ready to ratchet up into insanity which should combat and effectively destroy the melodramatic come-down that's going to be the result of Death of the Family. (That's not a judgment, just an acknowledgment. It will be melodramatic. So, too will Incorporated, and all super-hero funny books, really). Bat/Rob and Detective could be fun.
"Nightwing gets edgy" and "Jason's mission gets bloody" don't feel particularly new. Two-issue fill-in on Batgirl does seem like it could preface Starlin moving in.
Stranger sounds fun. Poker with demon-children of Trigon? Making the mundane into high-stakes magick. That's how I like to see it. Elsewhere there's nothing all that exciting or new, just stable. Lots of stability. Scott Clark could be sharp on I, Vampire. Jae Lee vampire cover looks nice (and goes lovely with his Stranger cover). Are they dropping the 'Martian' from the Manhunter's name? It'd be neat if he absorbed the whole Manhunter legacy, too. Not that I'm saying "use previous Manhunters for his supporting cast", although seeing J'onn interact with Kate Spencer, Paul Kirk or whoever else could be great fun."Everything hs changed. ‘Dark’ entertainment now looks like hysterical, adolescent, ‘Zibarro’ crap." - Morrison, 2008.

Dial H 10 - I was ready to drop after issue 3, now this is one of the books I most look forward to each month.
