Bruce dresses up as a woman, Bugs loses (Bugs has the same weakness that he exploits).
Did Batman ever DO that in a comic??
Given how... "big" and Muscular he is, I really have trouble seeing him pull of a convincing lady.
Then again, none of the tons were exactly known for high standards.

The question of how much prep time definitely has to be answered inorder to see what mutant can take Batman down. As well as how much information he gets. And if you consider the preparation that Ironman undergoes to create suits of armor to counter those of the Avengers and other mutants (as was shown in Avengers vs X-men), it can be very plausible for Batman to do the same.
It can also be debated that Batman can be the equivalent or even can surpass Ironman. They are both geniuses, relies on there resources and both use a ai system for support. It's not like Batman hasn't made suits of armor before. And these suits were made to counter every member of the Justice League, who are extraordinary and very powerful beings. Batman also has amazing feats with different levels of prep time.

As a scientist? No it can't. He's pretty much never built anything on the scale of Tony's post grey/gold armors. It can also be debated that Batman can be the equivalent or even can surpass Ironman.
Not remotely.it can be very plausible for Batman to do the same.
None of them anywhere near Stark's.It's not like Batman hasn't made suits of armor before.
You know what, comic and issue number where this happened? And these suits were made to counter every member of the Justice League, who are extraordinary and very powerful beings.
There is this site you can go to. They show scans and provide detail.

If Batman has prep time then he also has his resources. One of his resources can reconfigure genetic code instantly. With enough prep time he could use that for himself or anyone he encounters or both.
No, i'm not referring to any suit. I'm referring to possibilities and the likeness of it happening.
Please tell me you're not referring to the Insider suit.

So basically, it never happened, and even though thus Batman has never built an armor on the scale of Iron Man's, or shown himself capable of doing so, he will do so anyway, because you say so?No, i'm not referring to any suit. I'm referring to possibilities and the likeness of it happening.

He's built some remote controlled Batbots in Batman Inc, but they weren't nearly on the scale of Stark's stuff. Not bad, but not Stark tech, and not armor. The Batbots- jet packs, scans, weaponry, armor, but no forcefields, high end sci-fi stuff, more akin to real world tech. Nothing nearly touching Stark-tech.
I realize stuff like the duder's.. unique.. posts above incline people to go "anytime Batman is impressive it's pathetic jobbing!" but no, a genius detective ninja scheming mastermind with an as good if not superior grasp of financial matters and understanding of behavioural patterns out plotting Lex Luthor is pretty okay. "Lex am good at science" helps him in a rumbles fight with Batman. Outside of it? Vs a guy he can't find, doesn't know the identity of, doesn't take him on in any kind of straightforward way and can infiltrate his organizations while otherwise arranging for him to be attacked in ways no one usually attacks Luthor? No, that's pretty non-sad.
Luthor at the end of the day is a human criminal mastermind. Batman is the world's greatest detective.
