Difference between Uncanny X-men and All new X-men

I've just been getting into comics in the past few months and was interested in following an X-men series. So I noticed that Uncanny X-men was going to be starting a new volume in 2013. However, I was planning on getting into All-new X-men before i'd heard that. I'd like to keep only one X series on my pull list and follow every month and read any other series that has an arc that catches my intrests through trade (even though I've just got into comics, I've already got about 10 series on my pull list lol, need to consider cutting back a bit).

Can anyone tell me the main differences between Uncanny X-men and All new X-men?

This is correct, although to clarify for a new reader who doesn't know the meaning of those acronyms/terms:

All New X-Men seems like it will focus on the original 5 X-Men (Cyclops, Marvel Girl/Jean Grey, Iceman, Beast, and Angel) transported from the past to the present and how they deal with all that's changed in that time (the death of Prof. Xavier and Jean Grey, Cyclops siding with Magneto, Angel's rebirth, the countless number of new X-Men and mutants).

Uncanny X-Men seems like it will focus on the "outlaw" X-Men formerly known as the Extinction team (Cyclops, Emma Frost, Magneto, Magik) and how they deal with the reemergence of new mutants after almost being on the brink of extinction. They are shunned for their part in almost destroying the world in order to bring back mutants and for Cyclops' murder of Prof. Xavier.

ANXM = represents Xavier's ideal/perfect/innocent dream

And the 2 other represent the outcome:
W&XM = realistic version
UXM = fallen or pragmatic (depends on your view about Cyclops) version
