No no. I rechecked the panel I was thinking of. It blows up even when it's tiny.

We still don't see Hachibi charging up the bijuu bomb in the flashback and his memory is still fuzzy about the whole. So we'll have to agree to disagree about whether the third raikage's tanking a bijuu bomb can count or not.

Also, Suigetsu. You may not like it, but the guy is pretty damn potent.

Suigetsu has had all of two big fights.

In the first, he had a lake worth of water to work with which we know is a Big Fucking Deal for water release techniques.

In the second, he was inside a building somewhere in a frozen land against lightning users. That he underperformed in comparison to the previous situation is hardly a surprise.

How fast was Raikage compared to Zoro and Sanji? Kakuzu will likely be oneshot by either one while the other keeps the 3rd Raikage busy; after that, could they just play keep-away till he falls down in exhaustion (or they figure out that they need to use his own tech against him, if Zoro doesn't do some sort of Haki/Breathing thing that lets him cut through him, or something like that).

Missed that part. Then I guess Zoro will have to work fast, or one of them dodges until the other finishes off Kakuzu and then the two of them try to infinite juggle the Raikage and hope that he gets motion sick or something.

Or I guess that Sanji can just take to the skies and work out a stalemate that way, depending on how long he can keep that up. Hm... How physically strong was the Third Raikage? Could he be pinned or buried with the type of strength that lets Sanji kick around tailed beast sized people?

3rd Raikage has very little in strength feats if anything at all.

It's all Raiton with him.

Well, his body is durable enough on its own to tank wind techniques like nothing, but it is the Raiton that's the kicker. Lightning Armor that protects him against just about everything (including, arguably, Biiju bombs). And Piercing attacks cut Hachibi like nothing and penetrate his own armor.

He also apparently can fight thousands of ninja for days.
