Yeah, because the spandex that the amazing Mr. Reeve wore would look SO much better by modern standards?

I gotta agree that the texture is a weird choice. But it looks strange and alien and not like it came from a bargain bin Halloween store. Which is good.

And it still looks better than what Brandon Routh wore in Returns.

And, most importantly, I look at Cavill there, and I see Superman. Not an actor playing the role. Cavill is the first guy who I can really believe is Superman, who doesnt look exactly like Reeve.

Looks terrible.

WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY to dark. The suit looks worse then the Superman Returns suit here and that's bad. Lighten up the colors and lose the Aquaman looking bumps in the suit and it will be MUCH better.

Yea, the scales on the suit. It would look much better as a smooth looking surface. I have no clue why they went this way again after all the slack the SR suit received from Superman fans with all those stupid little S all over the suit.
