A stint on detective would be cool, like what happened with Batwoman a while back.

I really like Gordon's character, but he's a type of guy thats best focused on in spurts rather than hold down a title of his own. But theres certainly enough intrigue to have a few story arcs of his own.

I wish Detective Comics would become a Gotham Central book. Batman has enough of his own anyway.

I'd rather have The Question and the likes over Gotham Central but too Batman sells.

There's been a few minis such as Gordon's Law and Gordon of Gotham. There was also a Batman: GCPD mini but more couldn't hurt of course.

I don't currently read any of the Bat-books except for Batwoman, but I would read the hell out of a Gordon solo ongoing.

Even if it was called Batman's Hereto Lifemate Jim Gordon.
