    Default DC Animation question.

I've never really watched any of the DC animation films. I was wondering if there is a specific order to watch them or are they all just stand alone films?

They're all standalone with the exception of Batman: The Dark Knight Returns parts 1 & 2 (part 2 isn't out yet).

If you want to prioritise, might I recommend Batman: Under the Red Hood.

IMO one of the best Jason Todd story interpretations and Batman movies in general in the last few years.

I agree. As far as the direct adaptations go, Under the Red Hood is the only one that surpasses the source material.

Not that the source material is that hard to surpass.

My favorites would be Justice League: The New Frontier, All-Star Superman, Batman: Year One and DKR

However, most of them are solid. Red Hood, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern: First Flight, Crisis on Two Earths, Death of Superman and Superman and the Elite won't disappoint.

The anthologies (Gotham Knight and Emerald Knights) felt a bit weaker but enjoyable. I don't think they were terrible, but I don't remember any of the two Batman/Superman adaptations, I only remember that Darkseid looke fugly.
