I knew this thread would eventually hit the topic of other bodily fluids being immune, going to try and nip it in the bud before this thread goes down the toilet. His body absorbs the energy from them and his brothers blasts, he isn't actually immune there is still an effect taking place it's simply a positive one rather than a negative, in a sense Scott should be capable of recharging himself if he where to blast his own arm. His bodily fluids wouldn't have the physiology required to absorb the energy.

The tear ducts are at the edge of the eye so maybe they simply escape the blast radius.
